Kitchen cabinets undergo a lot of stress through out their lifetime. It is the heart of the home and needs to maintain its beauty through well thought out construction and use of materials. Our extensive workshop, machines and tools allow us to ensure the perfect end result, robust construction and a unique charm that only bespoke kitchens can generate.
Bespoke Kitchens the process
When designing a bespoke kitchen our main concern is ‘how do we make this last’, this guides our choice of materials. All exterior components of our bespoke kitchens are made of solid Maple and sprayed. Many companies use Tulip, but we believe Maple is a much more dense and stable timber, giving a much better life span to the kitchen.
We spray our kitchens in Polyurethane lacquer, even if the kitchen is to have a final brush finish as this then stops any moisture affecting the timber over the life of the bespoke kitchen.
Planning a bespoke kitchen is a big decision and one not to be rushed, we are happy to discuss any ideas and offer suggestions. We have a few cabinet examples in our workshop in West Sussex, which we are happy for you to come and look at. From here you can see the quality of materials and workmanship which shines through.
